We are seeking an experienced Business Strategy Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, business development, and market analysis. As a Business Strategy Manager at Gravity, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's strategic direction and driving growth initiatives. Experience in writing project reports for government bids, especially for $100 million projects, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define strategic priorities and develop action plans.
  • Evaluate and prioritize business development opportunities and partnerships.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of strategic initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare and present strategic plans, reports, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (PMP, Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
  • More than 10 years of experience in project management within the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Strong technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with project management software tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Trello).
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in business analysis, strategic planning, or management consulting roles with more than 7 years of experience

  • Market Research : The market potential for for Gravity's Commerce Cloud product in GCC and KSA
  • Strategic Priorities : Define 3-5 strategic priorities for successfully entering the KSA market.
  • Action Plans : Develop actionable steps for each strategic priority.
  • Risk Analysis and Mitigation : Identify potential risks associated with entering the KSA market.
  • Deliverables : A concise Strategic Plan Document outlining the market research, strategic priorities, action plans, and risk analysis. Use bullet points, tables, and diagrams where appropriate for clarity.
