We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will develop and implement a product strategy aligned with the company’s vision, conduct market research, and collaborate with engineering and design teams. This position offers an exciting opportunity to create go-to-market strategies, define and track KPIs, manage product roadmaps, and monitor the competitive landscape to optimize product positioning.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a product strategy that aligns with the company’s overall vision and goals.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities for new products or product enhancements.
- Work closely with the engineering and design teams to ensure that products are developed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create go-to-market strategies and campaigns for new products.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and work with teams to optimize performance.
- Manage product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and adjust product strategy and positioning accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and launching products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
