Job Description

As a Senior Marketing Manager at Gravity Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s marketing strategy. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns that effectively promote our diverse range of Enterprise products and technology consulting services. The successful candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, a deep understanding of the IT consulting industry, and a passion for driving brand awareness and business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, ensuring a cohesive and impactful approach across various product lines.
  • Brand Management: Oversee and strengthen the Gravity brand, ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity, and positioning across all marketing channels.
  • Campaign Development: Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to promote Gravity’s Enterprise products and technology consulting services.
  • Digital Marketing: Drive online visibility and engagement through effective digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and other relevant channels.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling and relevant content that resonates with the target audience, establishing Gravity as a thought leader in the industry.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute events, webinars, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (minimum 7 years) in marketing roles, with a focus on technology and B2B solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the IT consulting and product development landscape.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans.
  • Experience in managing a team and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and drive innovation.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, collaborating effectively with a geographically dispersed team.
