Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UX Researcher and Designer to join our team. In this role, you will conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends, create user-centered designs, and conduct user interviews and UX research. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to conceptualize new product initiatives effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities for new products or product enhancements.
  • Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, data, customer feedback, user research and technical constraints/opportunities
  • Conduct user interviews and UX research by helping recruit participants, run research, and report on all aspects of customer feedback. This user research is not limited to concept testing, usability testing, psychographic analysis, and customer/user feedback
  • Quickly and thoroughly create user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to effectively conceptualize new product initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
  • 5+ Years of experience on end to end user centric and creative design.
  • An expert in hands-on knowledge for creating a powerful UX/UI in IOS/Android mobile apps and websites.
  • Familiarity with project management and remote collaboration tools.
