Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled DX / DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in multi-cloud environments, CI/CD automation, container orchestration, and monitoring. The ideal candidate will work closely with development teams to enhance developer experience, ensure system reliability, and build scalable cloud-native infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)
Deploy, manage, and scale applications using Kubernetes and Docker
Implement and support distributed messaging systems using Kafka
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Ansible, Helm, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
Set up monitoring, alerting, and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and related tools
Ensure high availability, performance, security, and cost optimization of cloud systems
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve DevOps and Developer Experience (DX) practices
Troubleshoot production issues and support incident management
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience as a DevOps / DX Engineer
Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, and OCI Cloud
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration
Experience working with Kafka
Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
Hands-on experience with Helm and Ansible
Strong Linux fundamentals and scripting skills (Bash / Python)
Good understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture
Good to Have
Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments
Exposure to microservices architecture
Knowledge of logging tools (ELK Stack, Loki, etc.)
Experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools
Cloud security and cost optimization experience
