Finance Manager IPO Readiness & Fundraising

Gravityer.com is preparing for an IPO within 24 months. We seek a seasoned Finance Manager to lead capital markets engagement and fundraising initiatives. This strategic role reports to the CFO and is critical to our public markets readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Capital Markets

• Execute Series C and Pre-IPO funding rounds with comprehensive financial modeling and investor memorandums

• Lead investor engagement, valuation negotiations, and deal closures with institutional investors

• Develop the company's "Equity Story" and investor presentations backed by financial rigor

Investor Relations

• Serve as primary financial contact for VC, PE, and institutional investors

• Manage investor data room and respond to complex due diligence queries on unit economics and burn rates

• Prepare quarterly investor updates demonstrating IPO milestone progress

Capital Structure & Equity

• Maintain cap table accuracy; administer ESOP grants and vesting schedules

• Model dilution impact and advise on optimal financing mix (debt vs. equity)

• Ensure compliance with equity accounting standards and IPO disclosure requirements

IPO Readiness

• Strengthen financial processes and controls to institutional standards

• Coordinate with external auditors and legal advisors on SOX compliance and financial statement readiness

Required Qualifications

Experience: 7–10 years in progressive finance; 3–5 years executing fundraising or capital markets work

Core Skills:

• Proven track record closing Series B/C funding rounds

• Expert financial modeling, valuation analysis, and investor communication

• Advanced Excel (VBA), cap table management, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)

• GAAP/IFRS knowledge and familiarity with IPO processes

• Hands-on experience with term sheet negotiation and investor engagement

Preferred:

• CA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification• SaaS or high-growth startup fundraising experience

• Background with investment banks or venture advisory firms

Essential Competencies

• Strong investor relations acumen and ability to manage complex stakeholder dynamics

• Analytical rigor and attention to detail in financial documentation

• IPO mindset and understanding of public markets requirements

• Clear communication of complex financial concepts to diverse audiences
