Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our ODOO ERP practice in India and the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ERP ecosystems, proven experience in the B2B software sales cycle, and the ability to build strategic partnerships with mid-market and enterprise customers. This is a high-impact role with clear ownership of revenue targets, market expansion, and customer engagement in priority geographies.

  • Revenue Target: USD 1 Million per annum
  • Sales Commission: 3% of invoice value (in addition to fixed compensation)

Responsibilities

  • Market Development: Identify, target, and convert new leads in the India and Middle East regions, with a focus on Retail, Trading, Manufacturing, and Distribution sectors.
  • Sales Ownership: Own the complete B2B sales lifecycle from prospecting, demoing, proposal development, negotiation, and closure for ODOO ERP implementations and licenses.
  • Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed an annual revenue target of USD 1 million, through strategic deal closures and upsell/cross-sell activities.
  • Partner Alliances: Build alliances with local IT consultants, resellers, and channel partners to expand reach.
  • Proposal Creation: Collaborate with solution architects and pre-sales to prepare compelling proposals, RFQs, and pricing models.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, regulatory shifts, and customer needs within ERP space, particularly ODOO.
  • CRM Reporting: Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and client communication using internal CRM systems.
  • Customer Success Handoff: Ensure a smooth handover to delivery and customer onboarding teams post-sale to maintain high NPS scores.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in selling ERP systems (ODOO preferred; SAP, Oracle, NetSuite a plus)
  • Proven track record of high-ticket B2B software sales in India or Middle East
  • Strong understanding of business processes: accounting, inventory, procurement, HRM, CRM
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and with remote teams
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a bonus ● Willingness to travel occasionally within the region for business development
