Enterprise Sales & GTM Advisor (USA Market)
Gravity is seeking an Enterprise Sales & Go-to-Market (GTM) Advisor to guide its expansion into the USA market. The advisor will play a critical role in refining Gravity’s market entry strategy, optimizing B2B enterprise sales processes, and building high-value technology partnerships. This role requires deep expertise in selling IT consulting services, SaaS, or enterprise technology solutions to mid-to-large enterprises.
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Sales – US to lead our business development efforts across the US market. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in IT Staffing, with additional experience in IT Services sales being a strong advantage. This is a leadership role that requires a strong track record of building client relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading high-performance sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy tailored to Gravity’s AI, cloud, analytics, and commerce consulting services.
- Identify key industry verticals (Retail, eCommerce, Logistics, AI-driven Analytics) and target enterprise clients.
- Provide insights on competitive positioning against major consulting firms in the U.S. (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, ThoughtWorks).
- Guide pricing, service packaging, and value proposition for the U.S. market.
- Define and refine Gravity’s sales playbook for enterprise B2B sales in the U.S.
- Identify and introduce high-value enterprise leads, helping Gravity establish key client relationships.
- Advise on best practices for navigating enterprise procurement processes.
- Provide mentorship on enterprise sales cycle management, RFP responses, and contract negotiations.
- Develop a partnership roadmap for alliances with AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Salesforce, and Shopify.
- Introduce Gravity to potential channel partners, system integrators, and referral networks.
- Assist in securing co-selling and reseller agreements to accelerate revenue growth.
- Advise on hiring and structuring an enterprise sales team in the U.S.
- Support lead generation strategies (ABM, outbound sales, thought leadership).
- Identify strategic conferences, events, and networking opportunities for business expansion.

Ideal Profile & Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or GTM strategy in IT consulting, SaaS, or enterprise software.
- Proven track record of selling AI, cloud, analytics, or commerce solutions to large enterprises in the U.S.
- Strong C-level relationships within Fortune 500 companies, retailers, or commerce-driven enterprises.
- Experience working with or within major consulting firms (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, ThoughtWorks, Infosys).
- Deep knowledge of cloud partnerships (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), eCommerce ecosystems (Shopify, Salesforce, Magento), and AI-driven solutions.
- Experience building sales teams and scaling revenue from $5M to $50M+.
Preferred Qualifications
- Former VP/Director of Sales or GTM Strategy Lead in a SaaS, cloud, or IT consulting firm.
- Experience in securing partnerships and alliances in the enterprise IT space.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. regulatory and compliance landscape for IT services.
