Job Description
Gravity Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an accomplished Head of Human Resources to lead and oversee all aspects of the HR function. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with Gravity’s business goals and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Mandatory Skills
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Gravity’s overall business objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition, employee development, and workforce planning.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Lead the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-tier talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Develop and oversee onboarding programs to ensure a seamless integration process for new hires.
Employee Development and Training:
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Employee Relations:
- Proactively address employee relations matters, providing guidance on conflict resolution and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Implement policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and promote fairness.
Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback.
- Work closely with leadership to identify and develop high-potential employees.
HR Compliance:
- Stay abreast of labor laws and regulations to ensure the company’s HR practices are compliant.
- Implement and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
Benefits Administration:
- Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
- Collaborate with external vendors to optimize benefits offerings.

- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Experience in recruiting and hiring for remote teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
