Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and driven Lead Generation Intern to join our Raipur-based team. The intern will support our sales and marketing functions by identifying and qualifying potential leads, executing outreach activities, and contributing to the overall sales pipeline through research and CRM management.

Mandatory Skills

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, and social media.
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and web inquiries.
  • Research and identify target accounts and decision-makers.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and assess fit.
  • Schedule qualified meetings or calls for Account Executives.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate sales activity records.
  • Ensure timely lead follow-ups and funnel tracking.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine lead gen strategies.
  • Partner with sales teams for a smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Track KPIs such as lead volume, conversion rate, and meetings booked.
  • Participate in training and contribute ideas to enhance lead generation performance.

Desired Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 0–1 years of experience in a sales development or similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Knowledge of email tools and best practices.
  • Basic experience in Canva designing and content creation.
  • Skilled in email verification and online database creation.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn.
