Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role is pivotal in generating and qualifying leads, nurturing prospects, and closing sales—all from within the office environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.


Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential customers through market research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Use platforms like LinkedIn, online directories, and company databases to build a strong lead pipeline.
  • Qualify inbound leads received through marketing campaigns, events, or website inquiries.

2. Sales Process Management

  • Engage with leads via phone, email, and virtual meetings to understand their needs and provide relevant product/service information.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Follow up persistently to move leads through the sales funnel and ensure timely closures.

3. CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Track sales metrics, forecast future sales trends, and report to management on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and campaign feedback.

4. Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with the support team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience into Technology or IT Staffing sales
  • Experience in B2B outbound international sales is a Must
  • Proven experience in dealing with global clientele based in US / UK
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Ability to understand customer needs and handle sales objections.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts and weekends if required.
  • Experience into RFI / RFP is a plus
  • US Shift (6:30 pm to 4:00 am India time)
