The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in selling IT staffing services and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and client acquisition in the US IT staffing market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
- Handle the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closure
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery until a delivery manager is onboarded
- Manage client expectations and provide consistent communication throughout the hiring process
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a results-driven approach
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of IT staffing services and the US recruitment landscape
- Exceptional communication skills in English – American or neutral accent preferred
- Ability to handle client communications independently and professionally
- Willingness to work US shifts (7 PM – 4 AM IST)
- Goal-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
