We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Lead – US Staffing to drive business growth and build long-term client relationships in the US IT staffing market. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in selling IT staffing services and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development and client acquisition in the US IT staffing market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
  • Handle the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closure
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery until a delivery manager is onboarded
  • Manage client expectations and provide consistent communication throughout the hiring process
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a results-driven approach

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of IT staffing services and the US recruitment landscape
  • Exceptional communication skills in English – American or neutral accent preferred
  • Ability to handle client communications independently and professionally
  • Willingness to work US shifts (7 PM – 4 AM IST)
  • Goal-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
