RSA Archer Business Analyst
Job Summary: FWA are seeking a skilled and certified RSA Archer Developer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining RSA Archer solutions to support our GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) initiatives. This is a remote position based in India, with working hours aligned to Central European Time (CET).
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with FWA’s End Client stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Archer IRM platform implementations and convert them to User Stories. Coordinating closely with Solution Architect.
• Test Archer Integrated Risk Management (IRM) configurations and customizations to ensure functionality and alignment with FWA’s End Client business requirements.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for Archer IRM solutions.
• Identify, document, and track system defects, and work with the complete development teams to resolve issues.
• Develop and implement solutions using Archer Webservices API to automate processes and enhance platform functionality.
• Prepare release notes/documentation
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an RSA Archer Developer.
• Strong understanding of RSA Archer platform architecture and modules.
• Proficiency in RSA Archer use cases such as Risk Management, Compliance Management, Incident Management, etc.
• Experience with RSA Archer Data Feeds, API integrations, and workflow design.
• RSA Archer Certified Administrator or RSA Archer Certified Professional (must have).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup.
• Willingness to work during CET office hours

• Knowledge of scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, Python).
• Optional: Past Ericsson Experience
• Knowledge of both Archer on-premise and cloud services
