RSA Archer Developer
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and certified RSA Archer Developer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining RSA Archer solutions to support our GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) initiatives. This is a remote position based in India, with working hours aligned to Central European Time (CET). Key Responsibilities: Design and implement RSA Archer applications and solutions based on business requirements. Customize RSA Archer modules using advanced workflow, data-driven events, and calculated fields. Integrate RSA Archer with external systems using APIs and data feeds. Perform system configuration, upgrades, and maintenance. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for RSA Archer-related issues. Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards. Required Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience as an RSA Archer Developer. Strong understanding of RSA Archer platform architecture and modules. Proficiency in RSA Archer use cases such as Risk Management, Compliance Management, Incident Management, etc. Experience with RSA Archer Data Feeds, API integrations, and workflow design. RSA Archer Certified Administrator or RSA Archer Certified Professional (must have). Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup. Willingness to work during CET office hours. Preferred Skills: Experience with GRC frameworks and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Knowledge of SQL and scripting languages.
