Job Description

As a Business Strategy Analyst at Gravity, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives to support the company's growth and expansion efforts. Working closely with senior management and cross-functional teams, you will analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and client needs to identify opportunities for business development and optimization. Your insights and recommendations will shape Gravity's strategic direction and drive sustainable growth. You will be a single point of contact for all of our content in websites, Offerings, Case Studies etc. You will also do market research to decide on new market entry potentials.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Analyze client requirements, industry benchmarks, and internal capabilities to develop strategic recommendations and business plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize strategic initiatives aligned with company goals and market demands.
  • Evaluate potential partnerships, acquisitions, and investment opportunities to support business expansion.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and track the implementation of strategic initiatives, assessing their impact and effectiveness over time.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing,Sales, International business, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in business analysis, strategic planning, or management consulting roles.
  • Experiance to SAAS/ IT Service Consulting/ Technology Sales is a must.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a forward-looking mindset and the ability to anticipate market trends and competitive dynamics.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools. Knowledge of CRM and BI platforms is a plus.
