As an HR Manager at GES, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations. You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure that the company’s human resources policies and procedures align with our overall business strategy.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the company’s overall strategy and goals.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Create and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing employee development.
- Manage performance evaluations and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure employee data is secure and confidential.
- Ability to influence people and grow team.
- Proven experience more than 5 years as an HR Manager.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Experience in recruiting and hiring for remote teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
